Chocolate in the spotlight

All chocolate addicts flocked on the Salon du Chocolat in Lyon to come and meet the greatest chocolatiers, chefs and pastry makers of the region and taste their exceptional chocolates.

The Salon du Chocolat in Lyon made a deep impression on gourmands with its unseen programme of activities and events: French selection for the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, demonstrations of recipes, tastings, pastry courses, children’s workshops, conferences and visit of a 19th century chocolate factory.

The public also had the opportunity to attend the famous Fashion Show of chocolate dresses in a fantastic sound and light show "La Voie Chocolactée" on Raymond Barre Esplanade on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th December.
