The first Salon du Chocolat in Lyon welcomed gourmets and gourmands from Friday 9th to Sunday 11th December 2011, in partnership with the Lyon Convention Center.

With over 15,000 visitors, France's sweetest event captivated the inhabitants of Lyon and the many international visitors in the city for the Fête des Lumières.

Exhibitors, chefs, speakers, key players of the market, ... 80 participants celebrated chocolate in all its shapes on a 4,000sqm space.

In particular, the most famous chocolate houses in Lyon, such as Bernachon, Seve, Bouillet or Voisin, but also the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France of the region such as Philippe Bel, Alain Rolancy and Philippe Rigollot passed on their passion for this unique product, bridging the gap between people.
